Leadership summit is a grand event of leadership where the top management gurus
and the entrepreneurs interact with the students of NIE. This is a compound where
the students and faculties discuss the cases and ideas with the business leaders
in an open forum.
TEAM SPIRIT TOUR:
Teamwork is a very important tool for a corporate employee and leadership is the
soul of an Entrepreneur. Day outings and camps are arranged by us to accommodate
playing different management games and perform certain group tasks. Activity of
this nature helps one hone requisite leadership and teamwork related skills and
facilitates hands-on experience of understanding management.
CULTURAL PROGRAMME:
In order to inculcate leadership and organizing skills in the students, we provide
our students an opportunity where they can buff up their skills. Cultural fest will
be a platform where students will learn the aspects of management practically.
CULTURAL FEST:
In a cultural fest other management colleges are also invited. A lot of competitions
and quizzes are organized through which the students can know themselves in a better
way. Another objective is to let them compare themselves with the students of other
management colleges and set benchmarks for themselves.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP LAID ACTIVITIES:
We have ample space in our campus to carry out other activities like - role plays,
management games and group tasks. These activities are performed to accomplish the
purpose of keeping the fire alive for entrepreneurial learning.
ANNUAL DAY:
Annual Day is also the prize distribution day for the topper (of course, amongst
the students), best faculty, best mentor, best employee, and highest contributor
to the college. This event day provides the students and the faculties the motivation
to succeed and is also the day for setting their personal goals.
FRESHERS PARTY :
Fresher's party is organized by the second year students for the first year students.
It has a lot of fun element, dance, masti and games. Organizing fresher's party
again provides the students a special chance to implement their leadership and organizing
skills.
FAREWELL PARTY :
The farewell party is organized by the first year students for the second year students.
It involves a lot of fun, dance, masti and games and that too with learning.
