Bharti Global Service is into Training and Recruitments for the last 5 years based in New Delhi, while the Research and Development centre is located at Alwar (Rajasthan) and a corporate communication cell is well placed at Ahemadabad. The company has placed more than 6000 students in reputed MNCs and have organized more than 110 campus recruitment drives (Including Pool Campus, On-campus and Off-Campus). BGS has facilitated more than 60 MNCs in their campus recruitment activities.

Bharti Global Service has the RPO for ICICI PGPMI program intake for Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, Gujrath, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The BGS is the first and only consulting firm which has bagged contract from Govt. University (GJU) for entire Training and Placement needs.
