1. If a student has deposited the first Installment of Fee at NIE i.e. Rs 1,30,000 and applies for a refund with a valid reason before commencement of classes, then Rs 20000 shall be deducted as the processing fee and the balance amount shall be refunded one month after the start of classes.

2. If a student has deposited less than or equal to Rs. 50000 as Fee at NIE ,then no amount shall be refunded under any circumstances.

3. If a student has deposited fee more than Rs 1,30,000 at NIE, then Rs 70000 plus 50% of the amount exceeding Rs 1,30,000 , that has been deposited, shall be refunded. Also the refund shall be processed one month after the start of classes.

4. If the student has deposited a fee amount between Rs 50000 and 1,30,000 at NIE then Rs. 10,000 of the amount deposited shall be deducted as a processing fee and the balance amount shall be refunded and that also one month after the start of classes.

5. Once the classes start at NIE, no amount shall be refunded thereafter.

6. Any refund has to be supported with a very valid Reason, no refund application shall be processed without a valid reason.

7. Since there is scarcity of hostel in Noida and the Hostel seats have to be planned well in advance so the hostel money shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

8. If the Image of NIE is affected / harmed in any way because of the refund case of any student. The harm may be spreading a bad word of mouth or may be in form of giving rise to some other refund cases or any other activity by the refund case student which may lead to loss of reputation to NIE. No fee shall be refunded to such a refund case student under any circumstance and also NIE shall legally proceed against such a student.

9. NIE shall also not refund any fee or part of fee to a refund case student if the refund has arised because of misconduct or ill behavior with management or any other student or any other staff member at NIE.

10. All refund cases shall be settled one month after the start of classes at NIE.
